We furnish, stage, and list your property for you with our furniture at no cost to you. We manage this at a 25% commission rate.
Managed
By Lux
We take over your property with your furniture, and work with you to provide guidance for what else is needed by you before we can start the process. We also will supplement small items at our expense as needed. We manage this at a 20% commission rate.
